OUR EXPERIENCE

SCHEMATIC DESIGN STAGE

We undertake to assist our client in formulating the design concept and advising them on projects development from planning, design, material selection to construction details and cost estimate.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT STAGE

Upon finalization and approval of Conceptual design by clients, we will then prepare detail design and tender documents.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION STAGE

Upon approval by the Client on the Interior cost, design and material specification, proper contract document will be drawn up with the necessary terms and conditions for the purpose of formalizing the project. Thereafter, a formal agreement will be executed to protect the interest of all parties involved in the project.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT PHASE

We will perform the duties of a consultant in administering, Management and accepting the responsibilities and exercising the authority thereof, we will construct, supervise and inspect both on and off the project site as well as preparation of progress report required by the client. We will put in place the necessary quality plans and conduct stringent quality check through the entire construction period until completion. Our service included production of As-Built Drawings and provision of warranty.
